Team Registration

Welcome to Turkeyshoot

Be sure you have done the following to be entered into the tournament:

1. Submit the registration form with ALL FIELDS completed for each player. Registration and team fee deadline is October 25th, 2011.
2. Send your team's fee, payable to Turkeyshoot Lacrosse Club (in US dollars), to:
   Mark Wenham
   27 Spruce Lane
   Ithaca, New York 14850
   It is essential to note the coach's name, the team name and age group on the check to ensure proper credit. DO NOT SEND "SIGNATURE REQUIRED" MAIL AS IT IS UNNECESSARY.
3. Check back to the site the week prior to the tourney to get your team's game schedule, tournament site, first game field assignment, and any late-breaking news. THERE WILL NOT BE ANY INFORMATION SENT BY U.S. MAIL.
4. Roster registration deadline is October 25, 2011. If you need to make changes to your roster you'll have to resubmit a new registration form in its entirety. You are required to enter your roster in order to complete your registration.
5. Every player on your team must complete the Waiver Form (to be submitted on day of tournament play).
