2009 Turkeyshoot
Please return in June to register your team for the 2009 Turkeyshoot. The registration page will be up then to enter your team's information.
TOTAL SPORTS EXPERIENCE (click on "Total Sports Experience" to go to their web site) in Rochester, NY (880 Elmgrove Rd, 14624) will be home once again for the 2009 tournament. This venue has 10 natural grass full fields, or 18 forty x eighty yard small-sided games fields. There is also an expansive indoor facility that houses three turf fields, a concessions stand and much more. It is the perfect spot for the Turkeyshoot and we are incredibly excited to be playing there.
Please review the format, dates and options for this year’s tournament (see chart below) as they include many changes from past years (i.e. two different weekends for playing, 10 v 10 games for 9th – 12th graders as this is preferred by college coaches for recruiting purposes, two separate varsity tournaments 11/14 and 11/15). We will still offer 3 levels of play (novice, intermediate and advanced) where possible.

Please be very careful when filling out your team’s registration form. Be sure to include all information asked for. Also, we will require a signed "consent to play" form for each and every player participating in the tournament this year. Teams from Canada must provide their consent to travel documents from OLA along with certification of insurance (please send this with our registration check). The Turkeyshoot tournament insurer covers only American teams and/or citizens.

$25 from each team's registration fee will be donated to the Juvenile Diabtes Research Foundation. 2007 donation - $6475 (259 teams); 2008 donation - $3525 (141 teams); 2 year total = $10,000. Thank you to all teams who participated in the Turkeyshoot both years!
